General Management Responsibilities:

  • Performance Management: Evaluating performance, providing feedback, and developing team members.
  • Stakeholder Management: Building and maintaining relationships with key stakeholders, both internal and external.
  • Risk Management: Identifying and mitigating potential risks to the business.

Business Development Responsibilities:

  • Identifying New Opportunities:Conducting market research, identifying potential leads, and developing strategies for new business acquisition.
  • Building Client Relationships:Establishing and maintaining strong relationships with clients and partners to foster long-term business growth.
  • Developing Sales Strategies:Creating and implementing effective sales strategies to increase revenue and market share.
  • Negotiating Contracts:Negotiating and closing deals with clients and partners.
  • Product/Service Knowledge:Maintaining a comprehensive understanding of the company's products and services, as well as competitor offerings.
  • Sales Target Achievement:Working towards achieving sales targets and key performance indicators (KPIs).
  • Market Analysis:Analyzing market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities and threats.
  • Client Acquisition:Pursuing leads, developing proposals, and securing new business.
