Freight Operation Executive (Sea & Air Freight)
- Mon - Friday 8:30am to 5:30pm Saturday 8:30am to 12:30 pm
- Working Location: Changi South
- Salary : $2500 - $3500
Job Responsibilities
- Coordinate and manage the logistics and shipping operations for both inbound and outbound freight, ensuring timely and efficient delivery
- Assist in preparing and reviewing shipping documents, including airway bills, bills of lading, and other required import/export paperwork
- Monitor and track shipments to ensure smooth transportation from origin to destination, updating clients and stakeholders as needed
- Inspect cargo in the warehouse, ensuring proper storage, handling, and compliance with safety regulations
- Perform data entry tasks related to shipment tracking, cargo details, and other logistics documentation
- Support permit declarations and ensure compliance with customs regulations
- Collaborate with freight forwarders, carriers, and internal teams to resolve any operational issues or delays
- Provide support to both clients and internal teams, answering queries related to shipments, documentation, and logistics processes
- Carry out any ad-hoc duties as required to support the logistics department and meet operational goals
