Job description
A well-established SME group is seeking for a FP&A Manager to join their team. With decades of history and a strong market presence, this organisation views its finance function as a core competitive advantage and this hire is central to that vision.
Reporting directly to the CFO, you will serve as a strategic finance partner to drive balance sheet optimisation, treasury planning, liquidity and interest rate risk management, and working capital efficiency across the business. Beyond strategy, you will oversee the full finance function including financial reporting, internal controls, compliance, and audit, with a small team of supporting you on day-to-day operations.
Requirements:
- Degree in Accountancy or professional qualification (ACCA / CPA / CA preferred)
- At least 8 years of relevant experience, with at least 3 years in a senior or supervisory capacity
- Strong command of full set of accounts, SFRS, GST, and corporate tax
- Demonstrated ability to think and operate at a strategic level, strong understanding on balance sheet, treasury, working capital optimisation
- Background in automotive or financing-related business is a strong advantage
- Strong interpersonal and stakeholder management skills, able to partner across functions and with senior leadership
Salary: up to S$10k per month
