Role Description

This is a full-time remote Finance Manager role. The Finance Manager will oversee, analyze, and improve financial processes, collaborate with internal stakeholders to manage budgets, and ensure compliance with fiscal regulations. Responsibilities include developing financial strategies, preparing reports, managing financial planning, conducting risk management, and optimizing financial performance. The Finance Manager will also provide financial insights to aid strategic decision-making and oversee audits and investments.

• Expertise in Financial Analysis, Risk Management, and Performance Optimization
• Experience in Expense Management, Fiscal Reporting, and Regulatory Compliance
• Proficiency in Financial Modeling and use of financial software/tools
• Effective Communication and Leadership skills to collaborate with diverse stakeholders
• Ability to work independently with attention to detail in a remote environment
• Master's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field preferred
• Experience in emerging technologies, Web3, or AI-driven financial models is a plus
• CPA, CFA, or relevant certification preferred
