We are working with a leading international platform looking to hire a high-calibre Associate / Analyst into its Singapore office. This is an excellent opportunity to gain broad, hands-on exposure across cross-border M&A (buy-side and sell-side) and capital raising transactions across multiple sectors.
The Role
You will work closely with senior bankers on live transactions and origination, with responsibilities including:
- Supporting the execution of cross-border M&A transactions (buy-side and sell-side)
- Assisting in origination efforts, including developing marketing materials and identifying new business opportunities
- Preparing financial analysis and modelling across a range of transaction types (M&A, carve-outs, capital raises)
- Conducting valuation analysis (comps, precedents, DCF, LBO)
- Supporting due diligence processes and coordinating workstreams
- Assisting in the preparation of transaction documentation and marketing materials
- Participating in client meetings and broader deal execution activities
- Contributing to a variety of tasks across a dynamic M&A advisory environment
Candidate Profile
- 2+ years experience (Analyst) or 4+ years experience (Associate) in M&A / investment banking
- Strong experience supporting or executing end-to-end transactions
- Exposure to cross-border deals is highly advantageous
- Solid financial modelling, valuation, and accounting skills
- Strong communication and client-facing abilities
- Detail-oriented, organised, and a strong team player
- Fluent in English
- Willingness to travel as required
