COO - Chief Operating Officer

This is a part-time remote position for a Chief Operating Officer (COO) at ITII Ingénieur. The COO will be responsible for overseeing day-to-day business operations, ensuring strategic alignment across departments, and fostering organizational efficiency. The role includes developing and implementing business plans, managing financial resources, establishing budgets, and ensuring operational goals are met. Additionally, the COO will provide analytical insights to drive data-driven decision-making and optimize organizational performance.

• Strong expertise in Business Planning and Operations Management
• Proven ability in Finance and Budgeting, with experience in resource allocation and cost management
• Exceptional Analytical Skills to interpret data and drive strategic decisions
• Strong leadership, organizational, and problem-solving capabilities
• Experience in managing remote teams and working in a distributed environment
• Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional stakeholders
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field (Master's degree preferred)
