Position : Finance Manager/Finance Controller
Location : Sin Ming Drive
Working hours : Monday - Friday 9am - 6pm
Salary (commensurate with experience) : Up to $7500 + AWS + Performance Bonus + 14 Days Annual Leave

Main Responsibilities:
Provide strategic financial leadership across the Group, including tax planning, treasury management, funding diversification, liquidity management, interest rate risk, and corporate finance
Partner with business units to deliver actionable financial insights, budgeting, forecasting, and performance analysis to support strategic decision-making and business growth
Drive cash flow optimisation, cost management, and financial planning initiatives to strengthen overall business performance
Lead finance transformation and continuous process improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency, controls, and reporting capabilities
Financial Reporting & Closing
Oversee the timely preparation of full sets of accounts in compliance with Singapore Financial Reporting Standards (SFRS)
Lead month-end and year-end close processes, ensuring accuracy, completeness, and adherence to reporting deadlines
Review financial statements, management reports, and variance analysis for senior leadership, providing clear insights into financial performance
Improve reporting processes, systems, and timelines to enhance the quality and timeliness of financial information
Financial Operations & Controls
Oversee end-to-end finance operations, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, general ledger, and bank reconciliations
Establish, review, and strengthen internal controls, financial policies, and standard operating procedures to ensure sound governance
Ensure the integrity, accuracy, and completeness of financial records and underlying accounting processes
Mentor, supervise, and develop junior finance team members where applicable
Tax & Regulatory Compliance
Oversee the preparation and submission of GST, corporate tax, and statutory filings in a timely and accurate manner
Ensure full compliance with all relevant regulatory, statutory, and tax requirements
Liaise with tax agents, advisors, and external consultants on tax-related matters
Audit & Governance
Lead and coordinate internal and external audit engagements across the Group
Act as the primary liaison with auditors and relevant regulatory bodies
Ensure timely resolution of audit findings and effective implementation of recommendations
Requirements:
Degree in Accountancy or professional qualification such as ACCA, CPA, or CA
Minimum 5 years of relevant experience, including at least 2 years in a supervisory or senior role
Strong experience in full set of accounts and financial reporting
Good knowledge of SFRS, GST, and corporate tax
