Full Set Accounting & Reporting
- Manage end-to-end accounting activities, ensuring timely and accurate financial reporting in compliance with Singapore Financial Reporting Standards (SFRS)
- Drive monthly and annual closing processes, ensuring completeness and accuracy of financial data
- Prepare and review management reports, financial statements, and key variance analysis for leadership review
- Identify opportunities to enhance reporting efficiency and strengthen finance processes
Finance Operations & Controls
- Oversee core finance functions including Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, General Ledger, and bank reconciliations
- Strengthen and maintain internal control frameworks, policies, and standard operating procedures
- Ensure integrity and accuracy of financial records across all transactions
- Guide and support junior team members in daily finance operations
Tax, Audit & Compliance
- Ensure timely submission of GST, corporate tax, and statutory filings
- Maintain full compliance with regulatory and reporting requirements in Singapore
- Work closely with external auditors, tax agents, and professional consultants
- Support audit processes and ensure timely resolution of audit matters
Business Support & Financial Insights
- Partner with internal stakeholders to support budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning
- Provide meaningful financial insights to support business decisions and performance tracking
- Assist in cash flow monitoring and cost control initiatives
- Participate in finance transformation and continuous improvement initiatives
What We Are Looking For
- Degree in Accountancy or equivalent professional qualification (ACCA / CPA / CA)
- Minimum 5 years of relevant finance and accounting experience, with supervisory exposure preferred
- Strong experience handling full set of accounts and financial reporting
- Good understanding of SFRS, GST, and Singapore tax regulations
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and accounting/ERP systems
- Strong analytical mindset with attention to detail
- Able to work independently in a fast-paced environment
- Good communication skills and ability to engage business stakeholders
