We are seeking an experienced and responsible F&B Supervisor to oversee daily operations of our Indian Muslim restaurant. The ideal candidate should have strong leadership skills, good knowledge of service standards, and familiarity with Indian Muslim cuisine.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise daily front-of-Shop and service operations
- Lead and manage service staff (servers, cashiers, assistants)
- Ensure excellent customer service and handle guest feedback
- Coordinate with kitchen team for smooth operations
- Monitor food quality, presentation, and service standards
- Manage staff scheduling, attendance, and training
- Maintain hygiene, cleanliness, and compliance with regulations
- Handle billing, POS systems, and basic reporting
- Assist in inventory control and stock management
