We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Assistant Cook specializing in Indian Muslim cuisine to support our kitchen operations. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in preparing authentic dishes and be passionate about maintaining high standards of taste, hygiene, and efficiency.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist the Head Chef in preparing traditional Indian Muslim dishes (e.g., biryani, curries, prata, Murtabak, etc.)
- Perform food preparation tasks such as cutting, marinating, grinding, and cooking
- Ensure consistency in taste, presentation, and portioning
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards in the kitchen
- Follow food safety regulations and kitchen procedures
- Assist in inventory management and stock rotation
- Support daily kitchen operations and teamwork
