F&B MANAGER

Job Title: Food and Beverage Manager

We're looking for an experienced Food and Beverage Manager to lead our team at our Kerala restaurant in Singapore!

Responsibilities:

- Oversee daily food and beverage operations

- Manage inventory, ordering, and supplies

- Lead a team of servers, bartenders, and kitchen staff

- Ensure high-quality customer service and food presentation

- Develop and implement promotions and events

- Maintain restaurant cleanliness and hygiene standards

Requirements:

- Degree in Hospitality or related field

- 3+ years of experience in F&B management

- Knowledge of Kerala cuisine a plus

- Strong leadership and communication skills
