Supervisor

Requirements:

. Proven experience in a supervisory or leadership role, preferably within the cleaning or laundry industry.

. Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.

. Strong communication and interpersonal skills to manage a diverse team.

. Self-motivated with a results-driven approach to meet operational targets.

. Strong problem-solving skills to handle equipment downtime or scheduling conflicts.

Responsibilities:

. Operational Planning: Set daily/weekly/monthly production objectives and communicate them clearly to the laundry and cleaning crew.

. Workflow Optimization: Organize workflow by assigning responsibilities and preparing efficient duty rosters.

. People Management: Oversee, coach, and provide on thejob training to employees to ensure service consistency.

. Efficiency Management: Identify bottlenecks in the laundry process and suggest improvements to increase output and reduce waste.

. Safety & Compliance: Enforce strict workplace safety guidelines and company quality standards to maintain a safe and clean working environment.

. Inventory Control: Monitor the usage of cleaning supplies and chemical detergents to ensure adequate stock levels.
