The role will require you to perform general office and administration functions in support of the in-house security and safety team.
On and above, he/she provides front-end security-related services to all employees and tenants.
Roles & Responsibilities
- Provide front-end employee services from the security admin office during office hours.
- Support the HR recruitment team with security-related services to onboard new joiners on a weekly basis.
- Update the security team's work shifts into the HR time admin system.
- Consolidate, validate, and submit work-related claims for HR to process.
- Raise purchase requests for goods and services required by the security teams.
- Plan and provide annual budgetary requirements for the security team.
- Assist the security manager to account for security's assets and equipment and raise disposal for unserviceable items.
- Program and issue security passes to new employees/tenants and existing office staff that needs replacement.
- Program and issue season parking labels to eligible office staff and tenants.
