Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Assist in handling for the overall general office administrative duties
  • Support and responsible for the office supplies and project purchasing, claim
  • Support HR department and functions
  • Assist in Social medica and Company branding matters
  • Exhibition booth design, preparation and participation
  • Perform any other duties as assigned by the Manager.

Requirements

  • Minimum Diploma or equivalent and preferably specialized in Business management/Marketing.
  • Proficient in MS Office and MS Excel
  • Positive attitude, good interpersonal and organisational skills
  • Proficient in English and Mandarin, required for effective coordination with China headquarters, overseas technical teams, and China-based clients.
  • Able to hands-on, multitask and work independently
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Takes initiative, fast learner and adaptable to dynamic situations
  • Immediate availability preferred
