Job Summary
Plan, manage, and execute daily manpower deployments and operational activities to ensure effective security service delivery and client satisfaction at assigned sites.
Responsibilities
- Plan and coordinate daily manpower deployments for assigned assignments to maintain balanced staffing levels in collaboration with the Controller
- Manage security officers performance by monitoring, motivating, and enforcing discipline to maintain high operational standards and team morale
- Conduct regular day and night site visits to assess security operations and ensure compliance with protocols
- Facilitate effective communication by attending meetings and maintaining strong liaison with clients to address their needs and expectations
- Lead incident investigations by collecting evidence, preparing detailed incident reports, and conducting After Action Reviews (AAR) to improve operational responses
- Resolve complaints and operational issues at sites promptly to uphold service quality and client trust
- Conduct orientation sessions for new hires on-site to ensure smooth onboarding and understanding of security procedures
- Collaborate with management and client representatives to drive customer satisfaction and operational excellence
- Demonstrate capability in managing large assignments or sites by overseeing complex security operations and resource allocation
- Perform additional tasks and duties as assigned by the Operations Manager to support overall operational goals
