Job Description:
The Admin Operations shall report to the Managers and shall be responsible for the tasks assigned by carrying out the following:
. Answering phones and responding to client requests and inquiries in a professional manner
. Managing and updating company databases
. Creation and management of quotations, invoices and receipts.
. Job schedules creation and coordination with various stakeholders
. Providing administrative support to other departments or projects as needed.
. Performing other duties as assigned
Requirements:
. High School/Diploma in Business Administration
. Fresh graduates welcomed
. Strong organizational and administrative skills.
. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and data management software.
. Detail-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
. Ability to multitask.
