Job Description

. Organization, control and co-ordinate the Compliance and Authorization section prior external and internal audits.

. Assist in the documentation and updates in Approval and Vendor management section.

. Control and management of all audit reports, including checking for completeness and proper storage of copies.

. Duplication and filling of records for safekeeping. Payment matters regarding authority audits, authority certification fees and procurement of department's inventory and resources.

. Any other duties as assigned by the Quality Manager

Job requirements

. Minimum 2 years of working experience in engineering related industry in a support role will be advantages.

. Minimum qualification Diploma in Engineering or other relevant industry.

. Able to work well with Microsoft Excel and a good basic computer knowledge.

. SAP and Microsoft Office application is an advantage
