Job Summary
Uncommon Studio seeks an Admin Executive to support daily operations by managing bookkeeping, preparing quotations, and coordinating administrative tasks to ensure accuracy and efficiency across projects.
Responsibilities
- Prepare and issue quotations, invoices, and purchase orders to support project and financial workflows
- Maintain accurate bookkeeping records including expenses, payments, and receipts for financial tracking
- Track project-related costs and assist in generating basic financial and project reports
- Coordinate documentation flow between designers, project teams, and suppliers to ensure timely communication
- Provide timely and accurate administrative support to facilitate smooth project execution
- Use Microsoft Excel to organize and analyze financial and project data effectively
- Operate accounting software such as Xero, QuickBooks, or equivalent to manage financial records
Preferred competencies and qualifications
- Diploma in Business Administration, Accounting, or related field
- 1-3 years of experience in administrative, accounts, or bookkeeping roles
- Experience handling quotations and invoicing processes
- Familiarity with basic accounting processes
