We are a growing SME in the construction sector specialising in the supply and installation of doors and door hardware for building projects in Singapore.
We are looking for a Sales & Operations Assistant to support our sales quotations, project coordination and daily operational tasks.
Training and guidance will be provided. This role is suitable for candidates who are willing to learn and gain hands-on experience in the construction industry.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and issue sales quotations.
- Follow up with contractors and clients on submitted quotations.
- Liaise with suppliers to obtain product pricing and information.
- Maintain records of quotations and track project progress.
- Assist with cost calculations for projects.
- Support preparation of project documentation and maintain proper records.
- Coordinate with site staff, suppliers and contractors when required.
General Duties
- Provide administrative and operational support to the team.
- Assist management with ad-hoc tasks when required.
Job Requirements
- Fresh graduates or candidates without prior experience are welcome to apply
- Willingness to learn and work in a construction-related environment
- Responsible and able to handle multiple tasks
- Good organisational and follow-up skills
- Computer literacy (Microsoft Excel and Word)
- Able to handle workload during peak project periods
