Job Responsibilities
We are seeking a reliable and proactive individual to support our daily administrative operations. Key responsibilities include:
- Part-Time Administrative Assistant (3 Days per Week)
- Provide general administrative and clerical support to ensure smooth office operations
- Assist in inventory management, logistics coordination, and tracking of supplies
- Handle data entry, maintain accurate records, and update databases
- Prepare and compile monthly reports, membership invoices, and receipts
- Manage incoming and outgoing correspondence, including emails, phone calls, and mails
- Perform filing, photocopying, scanning, and document management tasks
- Support membership-related administration and coordination
- Assist in ad-hoc duties and projects as assigned by management
Requirements & Experience
- Minimum GCE N Level or equivalent qualification
- Open to part-time applicants, including retirees
- Able to work independently with minimal supervision
- Computer literate with proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook
- Strong sense of responsibility, attention to detail, and good organisational skills
- Positive attitude, team player, and committed to assigned tasks
- Bilingual in English and Chinese (ability to communicate in Hokkien will be an added advantage)
- Able to work evenings, weekends, and public holidays when required
- Preferably 1-2 years of relevant administrative experience, especially in a membership-based organisation
