Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

Responsibilities

  • Record daily financial transactions, including accounts payable invoices and general ledger journal entries, accurately and promptly in the accounting system.
  • Prepare fixed assets schedule. 
  • Generate monthly inventory reports and maintain accurate inventory records.
  • Liaise with internal teams and external parties to resolve accounting discrepancies.

Requirements

  • Diploma in Accounting
  • Good knowledge of Microsoft Office Excel and Words; able to work independently with minimum supervision and meet deadlines
