About The Role
We're looking for a proactive
Executive, IT Infrastructure to join our team. In this role, you will be the go-to person for all IT-related issues ensuring smooth daily operations across both office and site environments. You will provide timely technical assistance, maintain system reliability and contribute to ongoing IT improvements within the organization.
What You Will Be Doing
- Provide first-line technical support to employees by troubleshooting and resolving hardware, software, and device issues (desktops, laptops, printers, and mobile devices) promptly to minimize downtime
- Maintain accurate documentation of incidents, resolutions, and technical knowledge base articles
- Install, configure and maintain IT hardware, software and applications
- Track and update IT equipment and software inventory to ensure accurate asset management
- Participate in IT improvement projects, system upgrades and other technology initiatives
- Perform other related duties as assigned to support operational efficiency
We're Looking For Someone Who's
- Minimum 2 years of experience in IT Helpdesk or Technical Support
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Windows OS, Microsoft Office and SaaS applications
- Skilled in troubleshooting, system configuration and IT asset management
- Highly organized, independent and capable of managing multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent communication, coordination and problem-solving skills
- Service-oriented and collaborative team player
- Diploma in Information Technology or equivalent
