Senior Freight Operation Executive

Job Descriptions

• Liaise with internal parties like warehouse and operation on shipment preparation
• Liaise with airline cargo agents for cargo spaces booking
• Liaise and coordinate with custom officers for goods clearance
• Preparing all relevant documents for custom clearance
• To track and monitor the movement of every shipment
• Anticipate problems and take proactive actions to ensure smooth delivery
• Maintain timely and accurate records in company's system and spreadsheets

Jobs requirements

• At least a degree
• At least 3 years of relevant experience
• Proficient in Chinese as mainly need to do data entry and operate Chinese language system
• Proficient in Microsoft office especially excel
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Willingness to learn and a team player
• 5.5 days work week
