Inventory Management Executive (Oil & Gas / Marine)

Salary: up to$4,000
Work Location: Boon Lay
Work Days: 5 Days
Work Terms: Full-Time Permanent

Responsibilities:
. In-charge of overall inventory control and ensure records are accurate and up to date.
. Manage stock levels, cycle counts, transfers and annual stock take.
. Ensure correct item codes are used and investigate discrepancies between system records and physical stock.
. Analyse product movement, turnover rates and inventory trends.
. Prepare and maintain inventory-related reports.
. Identify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and reduce operational costs.

Requirements:
. Diploma/Degree in Logistic and Supply Chain Management or related field
. 3 to 5 years of inventory control experience in Oil & Gas, Petrochemical or Marine industries
. Proficient in Microsoft Office applications and ERP software
. Detail-oriented, organised and proactive
