Responsibilities
Provides customer support and manages end-to-end order processing, ensuring accurate fulfillment, timely delivery, and a smooth customer experience in a fast paced environment.
- Handle customer inquiries, provide product information, and deliver timely support.
- Process customer orders accurately and ensure all details are captured in the system.
- Coordinate with logistics and warehouse teams to ensure timely and accurate order fulfillment.
- Track shipments and update customers on delivery status or delays.
- Resolve customer issues and escalate complex cases when necessary.
- Maintain accurate records of orders, communications, and delivery documentation.
- Collaborate with sales, operations, and other internal teams to meet customer expectations.
- Monitor inventory availability and inform relevant teams of low stock or potential shortages.
- Ensure high standards of customer satisfaction through proactive communication and follow-up.
- Support continuous improvement of service processes to enhance efficiency and customer experience
Requirement:
- Nitec or Diploma in Opticianary qualification or experience is preferred
- Candidates with prior customer service experience will be an advantage
