Job Responsibilities:
. Provide day-to-day operational support to the Project Lead in managing end-to-end event execution
. Oversee event operations including team coordination, supplier/vendor management, and venue logistics to ensure smooth delivery of events that meet internal and client expectations
. Plan, structure, and propose efficient workflow processes for project execution to improve productivity and event delivery efficiency
. Collaborate closely with internal teams to streamline project planning, coordination, and execution
. Develop innovative, creative, and compelling event proposals, concepts, and presentations for clients
. Present event ideas and creative concepts confidently and effectively to clients and stakeholders
. Source, evaluate, and secure cost-effective solutions for event requirements, including suppliers, vendors, and logistics services
. Prepare purchase requisition documents,quotations, and invoices for processing and project administration
. Supervise and coordinate on-site event setup, execution, and teardown activities to ensure smooth operations
. Work closely with suppliers and contractors during event execution to ensure timely and quality delivery
. Coordinate and communicate with internal departments and external stakeholders to ensure alignment of project requirements
. Maintain clear and effective communication channels throughout the project lifecycle to ensure successful delivery
. Ensure accurate and timely administrative documentation, including event paperwork, reports, and project records
. Liaise with venue owners and management,ensuring all necessary documentation and approvals are submitted promptly
. Coordinate venue layouts, floor plans, and event day run sheets accurately and efficiently
. Assist in sourcing, recruiting, and managing event crews, staff, and volunteers to support event operations
. Ensure all event manpower is briefed and managed effectively for smooth execution
. Liaise with media outlets, press, and influencers to support event publicity and promotional efforts
. Coordinate press releases, interviews, media coverage, and influencer collaborations for event exposure
. Identify and engage relevant influencers and partners to enhance event reach and engagement
. Develop innovative and engaging event concepts aligned with brand identity and target audience
. Stay updated with current trends in music,entertainment, lifestyle, and social media
. Translate trending ideas into creative event experiences and marketing content
. Continuously propose fresh and creative ideas to enhance audience engagement and overall event impact
Job Requirements:
. Minimum Diploma or Degree in Event Management, Marketing, Communications, Hospitality, or related field
. At least 2 years of relevant experience inthe event or marketing industry
. Proficient in Microsoft Office applications(Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
. Strong communication and interpersonal skills
. Dedicated, self-motivated, and results-driven individual
. Strong collaboration skills and ability to work effectively in a team
. Able to multitask, work independently, and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment
. Strong organizational and coordination skills with attention to detail
. Comfortable working on-site and handling operational event matters when required
. 6-day work week
