THE RESPONSIBILITIES:
THE SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE:
Bachelor's degree in Business or related field
Minimum 15 years of sales experience in Enterprise or B2B environment, with at least 5 years in a Senior Sales leadership role.
Proven track record of exceeding Enterprise Sales targets and scaling revenue across APAC regions
Strong understanding of the industry, market trends, and competitive landscape.
Strong business acumen with the ability to develop and execute go-to-market strategies
Background in telecommunications, technology highly preferred.
Strategic thinker with hands-on approach to execution.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to build rapport and establish trust with clients.
Effective negotiation and problem-solving abilities.
Self-motivated and results-driven approach.
Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
Strong organizational and time management skills.
Ability to work independently as well as part of a collaborative team.
Detail-oriented and capable of managing multiple tasks simultaneously.
Willingness to travel for client meetings and industry events as needed.
