Work with the Global Heads of Studio Operations and Delivery and Growth to bring global programs to life across Content Studio operations
Lead the global location strategy focusing on right sized and scope capability in our studio operations
Manage the Global Council program bringing specialty and cross functional expertise together through regular council meetings within a governance framework
Lead and manage Creative Delivery and Operations framework and target operating models globally to ensure effective, efficient, and consistent client experience
Develop multi-skilled teams across various creative disciplines, fostering a culture of collaboration, accountability, and high-performance to deliver Global Ways of Working (GWOW) best practice globally
Integrate and lead the team of Resource and Project Managers across APAC to drive creative delivery and operational excellence
Work with the Global Head of Delivery and Growth to develop strategic and tactical business cases and proposals across all Creative, Digital, Studios, and Content service lines
Collaborate with cross-functional teams such as Client Solutions and Operational Excellence to ensure alignment and successful delivery of creative solutions
Maintain a proactive approach to problem-solving, continually seeking opportunities to improve internal and external processes and engagement models
Communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders, providing clear updates and insights, and lead transformational and tactical projects to improve departmental performance across the region
Collaborate with Client Engagement teams on strategic and tactical client initiatives and plans, ensuring delivery excellence to promote strong and long-lasting client relationships
Ensure global client resource structures have a balanced local and hubbed talent mix to enhance productivity and cost efficiency
Lead regional leaders in APAC, NAM, LATAM, and EMEA to drive operational consistency, efficiency, and effectiveness on a global scale
Knowledge, Skills + Experience
Minimum 15 years of experience leading operations in creative services, integrated production, technology and innovation within the advertising, content marketing and media landscape
Strong leadership skills for inspiring, motivating and leading large and diverse regional/multi-market teams
Excellent communication skills, with the ability to articulate ideas clearly and effectively
Collaborative and facilitative, promotion a team-oriented, inclusive, productive and supportive working environment
Strategic and resourceful, capable of developing and executing plans that drive business success
