- Manage existing customer and develop new potential opportunities
- Responsible to manage customer RFQ, check/buy off quotation for submission
- Ability to handle all the enquiries and negotiation with customer
- Responsible to perform Sales Contract/ Manufacturing Service Agreement reviews and negotiation
- Lead team to fulfil customer escalations/reschedule
- Manage product EOL, ECO, OBS, inventory
- Drive cost reduction by working with internal functions
skills & experience required
- Msc / Degree in engineering
- APAC / Regional experience will be a plus
- Minimum 15 years of business development & sales working experience in MRO spare parts for Machinery or related
- Experience managing sales engineer local and remotely
- Experience in strategic planning will be a big plus
