Required Skills and Qualifications
Experience: Proven senior leadership experience, typically 10+ years in advertising, marketing, or creative industries.
Leadership: Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire teams, manage conflict, and drive change.
Financial Acumen: Proficiency in budgeting, financial forecasting, and understanding profit and loss (P&L).
