HEAD OF MARKETING (SEA)
Job Summary
The Head of Marketing (SEA) leads brand growth and demand generation strategies across Southeast Asia to accelerate regional pipeline within the B2B SaaS sector. This role requires mastery of Regional Marketing Strategy, Demand Generation, and Integrated Marketing Campaigns to align global narratives with local market nuances. The primary deliverable is a localized regional marketing engine that consistently produces qualified pipeline and influences marketing-sourced revenue. Successful candidates bring a decade of experience in Enterprise Technology marketing specifically within the Southeast Asian geographic cluster.

Responsibilities
- Design and execute the regional marketing plan to achieve specific revenue goals for the SEA territory.
- Analyse local market dynamics, ICP nuances, and buyer behavior to produce actionable win/loss insights for product teams.
- Localize and amplify the brand narrative across Indonesia, Philippines, Thailand, Malaysia, Singapore, and Vietnam to increase CXO visibility.
- Produce high-impact local campaigns across digital and media channels in collaboration with central design teams.
- Configure integrated campaigns to generate qualified pipeline for regional sales teams.
- Analyse lead flow and ROI in partnership with central performance teams to optimize marketing spend.
- Produce regional events and CXO experiences, including roundtables and customer showcases, to differentiate market positioning.
- Negotiate and lead regional storytelling partnerships to build trust among HR leaders.
Qualifications
- Minimum degree: Bachelor's Degree.
- 10+ years of experience in B2B SaaS or enterprise technology marketing , ideally with exposure to HCM, HRTech, or enterprise software
- Field of study: Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
