About The Role

We are seeking a strategic and commercially driven Sales & Marketing Director to lead regional business growth, sales performance, and market expansion initiatives. This role is responsible for driving commercial strategies, strengthening customer and principal partnerships, leading product commercialization, and ensuring sustainable revenue growth across the healthcare and medical device portfolio.

The incumbent will work closely with country teams, suppliers, and senior leadership to drive business performance, operational excellence, and customer engagement.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute regional sales and marketing strategies to achieve business growth and revenue targets.
  • Identify new business opportunities, customer segments, and market expansion initiatives.
  • Lead demand creation, customer engagement, and key account development activities.
  • Build strong relationships with principals, customers, Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs), and strategic partners.
  • Drive branding, marketing positioning, product launches, and commercialization strategies.
  • Oversee marketing campaigns, promotional activities, and development of marketing collateral and sales tools.
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, customer needs, and regulatory developments to identify opportunities and risks.
  • Support country teams in executing sales plans, business initiatives, and commercial activities.
  • Lead cross-functional collaboration, process improvements, CRM adoption, and operational efficiency initiatives.
  • Foster a high-performance culture focused on accountability, innovation, and continuous improvement.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, Healthcare, or related discipline.
  • Minimum 10 years of commercial experience with at least 3 years in a leadership role, within healthcare, medical devices, medical equipment, or related industries.
  • Strong leadership, business development, and strategic marketing capabilities.
  • Proven experience in driving sales growth, product commercialization, and stakeholder management.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and team leadership skills.
  • Strategic, results-oriented, and execution-focused mindset.
