ROLE PURPOSE
The APAC Regional Marketing Director will own and drive the regional marketing strategy and execution across priority growth markets and segments (Retail, QSR, Financial Services, Gaming), with a strong focus on brand awareness, demand generation, partner-led marketing, thought leadership, and digital discoverability. This role will unify and activate the Glory + Acrelec + Flooid narrative across APAC, ensure consistent messaging and brand governance, and deliver high-impact campaigns and content that directly support pipeline development and partner-led sales motions.
This role will work closely with APAC commercial leadership, country heads, sales teams, and global marketing to bring forward visibility of global campaigns, localize effectively, and implement best practices across APAC.
MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES
1. Strategic Leadership
- Define and execute the global marketing strategy in alignment with corporate goals.
- Position Glory Global Solutions as a leader in cash automation and customer experience technology.
- Oversee brand development and ensure consistent messaging across all markets.
2. Demand Generation & Growth
- Develop integrated campaigns to drive sales pipeline growth in financial services, retail, gaming, and cash center industries.
- Partner with sales leadership to align go-to-market strategies and optimize lead conversion.
- Monitor ROI of marketing activities and adjust tactics for maximum impact.
3. Product & Solutions Marketing
- Lead product positioning and messaging for Glory's automation technologies.
- Collaborate with product management to launch new solutions globally.
- Create compelling value propositions tailored to customer segments.
4. Digital & Content Marketing
- Drive digital transformation in marketing, including SEO, paid media, and social engagement.
- Oversee development of thought leadership content, case studies, and customer success stories.
- Ensure marketing assets support both global campaigns and local market needs.
5. Customer & Market Insights
- Conduct market research to identify trends, opportunities, and competitive threats.
- Use customer insights to refine marketing strategies and improve customer experience.
- Support sales teams with tools, collateral, and training.
6. Team Leadership & Collaboration
- Manage and mentor a global marketing team across regions.
- Foster collaboration with sales, product, and service divisions.
- Promote a culture of innovation, accountability, and results-driven performance.
REQUIRED EDUCATION AND QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or related field
REQUIRED SKILLS AND COMPETENCIES
- 7–12+ years of B2B marketing experience, ideally in technology solutions for Retail/QSR/Payments/Financial Services or adjacent enterprise tech.
- Proven track record designing and delivering end-to-end campaigns (strategy → execution → measurement), not limited to event marketing.
- Strong capability in brand narrative/positioning, thought leadership and executive communications, content strategy and storytelling, partner/channel marketing and co-marketing programs, demand generation and pipeline influence, strategic event marketing (speaking/panels/curated influence), digital visibility (SEO/SEM/content distribution; awareness of AI/generative search trends)
- Experience working in a regional APAC role with multi-market coordination (mature + developing markets).
- Strong stakeholder management: able to influence country heads, sales leaders, and global marketing in a matrix environment.
- Comfortable operating with limited local marketing resources and building scalable frameworks.
