We are seeking a creative and data-driven Digital Marketing Specialist to execute and optimize digital campaigns across multiple channels. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys combining analytics, strategy, and creativity to drive brand awareness and lead generation.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan, execute, and optimize digital marketing campaigns across channels including social media, search, email, and display
- Monitor, analyze, and report on campaign performance using analytics tools
- Conduct audience research and segmentation to improve targeting and engagement
- Collaborate with content, design, and product teams to create high-quality marketing assets
- Manage paid media budgets and optimize ROI
- Stay up-to-date with digital marketing trends, tools, and best practices
- Support SEO, SEM, and content marketing initiatives
Requirements
- Proven experience in digital marketing, social media marketing, or performance marketing
- Proficiency with digital marketing tools and analytics platforms (Google Analytics, Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, etc.)
- Strong understanding of SEO, SEM, and social media strategy
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make actionable recommendations
- Excellent communication, writing, and collaboration skills
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field
- Ability to work on-site in Singapore
