About the Role
As a Digital Marketing Specialist, you will play a critical role in developing and executing impactful digital campaigns for our clients. From strategy development to ad buying and performance analysis, you'll ensure our campaigns achieve maximum engagement and ROI. You will also take the lead in creating compelling pitch decks for tenders and new business opportunities, positioning Ingrid Design as a standout choice for clients.
Key Responsibilities
Digital Marketing Strategy & Planning
. Develop tailored digital marketing strategies based on client objectives and target audiences.
. Conduct market research and competitor analysis to inform campaign planning.
. Create data-driven ad buy plans to maximise campaign effectiveness and ROI.
Ad Buying & Campaign Execution
. Plan, implement, and manage paid media campaigns across Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, YouTube, Google Ads, and other relevant platforms.
. Optimise ad placements, budgets, and targeting to drive engagement and conversions.
. Work closely with the creative team to develop high-performing ad content.
Performance Tracking & Optimisation
. Monitor campaign performance against key KPIs and client expectations.
. Analyse data to identify trends, areas for improvement, and opportunities for growth.
. Adjust campaigns in real-time to optimise results and ensure objectives are met.
Pitch Deck Creation & Business Development
. Create visually compelling and persuasive pitching decks for tenders and new projects.
. Work closely with internal teams to align pitches with client needs and Ingrid Design's unique value proposition.
. Ensure all pitches are professional, tailored, and strategically positioned for success.
SEO & SEM Management
. Implement SEO best practices to enhance organic search visibility and improve rankings.
. Manage SEM campaigns, optimising keywords and ad performance to drive quality traffic.
. Conduct keyword research and optimise content for search engines.
Reporting & Insights
. Prepare detailed campaign reports, highlighting key performance indicators and actionable insights.
. Present findings and recommendations to clients, ensuring transparency and continuous improvement.
. Stay ahead of industry trends to implement the latest best practices in digital marketing.
What We're Looking For
. At least two years of experience in digital marketing, with a strong background in paid media management.
. Expertise in platforms like Google Ads, Meta Ads, TikTok Ads, and LinkedIn Ads.
. Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and optimise campaigns accordingly.
. Excellent written and verbal communication skills, particularly for creating pitch decks and client proposals.
. Proficiency in SEO/SEM best practices and digital marketing tools.
. Strong attention to detail, creativity, and the ability to manage multiple projects.
. A proactive, problem-solving mindset with a strategic approach to marketing.
