Job Description & Requirement
- Provide IT technical onsite support for end user services problems which include identification, diagnosis, rectification, and escalation.
- Support on desktops, notebooks, printers, scanners, hardware components.
- Installation, re-installation, troubleshooting and reconfiguration of Microsoft Windows and Microsoft applications that are found in Desktop PCs and Notebook PCs.
- Provide support for queries, escalation, problem determination, resolution.
- Printer Maintenance.
- Responsible for learning and working independently.
- Responsible for providing excellent support and timely service.
REQUIREMENTS
a) 1 year of experience in administration and support of Desktop.
b) Candidate needs to possess good communication skills.
c) Candidate needs to familiarize themselves with the End-users computing environment and desktop support workflow.
e) Understanding in AD, group policy, proxy setting, Power Excel, and Windows OS.
