Job Description:

• Execute and oversee daily trading operations for hedge fund transactions
• Manage operational workflows to ensure accurate and timely trade processing
• Ensure compliance with regulations set by the Monetary Authority of Singapore (MAS)
• Support OTC derivatives-related activities, including reporting and documentation
• Respond to regulatory inquiries and information requests
• Handle investor due diligence questionnaires (DDQs) and provide necessary explanations
• Oversee the monthly fund valuation process and coordinate with relevant stakeholders
• Prepare and submit various reports in accordance with Japanese regulatory requirements
• Support audits for the fund and management company, including document preparation
• Perform general fund administration, including document management and maintenance/improvement of Excel tools

Job Requirements:

• Professional proficiency in Japanese is required to handle regional legal documentation and operational communications with Japanese speaking stakeholders
• Solid Excel skills (intermediate level or above advanced level would be a strong plus)
• Immediate availability or short notice period preferred
• Meticulous, dependable, and detail-oriented with strong analytical skills
• Able to work independently and take full accountability for assigned responsibilities
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
