Job Summary
We are looking for a capable and detail-oriented Operations Executive to support and enhance the company's daily business operations. The role involves coordinating cross-functional activities between sales, service, and administrative teams, ensuring operational efficiency and accurate execution of business processes. The candidate will also play a key role in monitoring operational performance and supporting process improvements to enhance productivity and service quality.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate and manage daily operational activities across sales and service teams to ensure seamless workflow execution
- Monitor operational processes and workflows to maintain efficiency and identify areas for improvement
- Prepare and deliver regular operational reports to management to support informed decision-making
- Support sales operations by processing orders, managing documentation, and coordinating with clients
- Maintain and update internal records, databases, and operational systems such as CRM to ensure data accuracy
- Identify operational issues and propose actionable process improvements to enhance productivity
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely delivery of services and products to clients
- Resolve customer or client escalations promptly to maintain service quality and satisfaction
- Assist with inventory tracking and operational planning to support business needs
- Execute ad-hoc operational tasks assigned by management with attention to detail and timeliness
Required competencies and certifications
- Minimum GCE O Level, Diploma, or equivalent qualification
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications including Excel, Word, and Email
- Strong organisational, coordination, and problem-solving skills demonstrated through managing multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
- Effective communication skills in English, both spoken and written
- Ability to work independently with responsibility and attention to detail
- Willingness to learn and adapt to new operational systems and procedures
Preferred competencies and qualifications
- Experience using CRM, ERP systems, or other business operation tools to support workflow management
- Background in retail, logistics, or service operations to enhance operational understanding
- Basic skills in data reporting and analysis, including Excel reporting and tracking metrics
- Understanding of sales operations workflow to support cross-functional coordination
