Data Analyst

Position Summary

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Data Analyst to support our retail operations through data monitoring, reporting, and store performance analysis. This role works closely with store teams and our HQ team in China to ensure operational accuracy, identify potential issues, and provide data driven insights. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys working independently, has strong analytical skills, and is comfortable engaging with both operational teams and management.

Job Description

. Analyze retail and inventory data to identify trends, discrepancies, and operational insights.

. Prepare reports and data summaries for management and HQ requests.

. Support internal checks and documentation for operational reviews when required.

. Conduct store visits to verify stock levels, operational practices, and data accuracy.

. Participate in stocktake activities and assist with inventory verification.

. Prepare presentations and share findings or recommendations with Store-in-Charge and store teams.

. Liaise with HQ China on data requests, reporting requirements, and operational updates.

. Work independently to manage reporting timelines and operational follow-ups.

Requirements

. Proficient in Microsoft Excel and comfortable handling data analysis tasks.

. Strong attention to detail and ability to interpret operational data effectively.

. Good communication skills and able to collaborate with different teams, including overseas HQ.

. Independent, proactive, and comfortable managing responsibilities with minimal supervision.

. Open-minded and willing to learn in a dynamic retail environment.

. Willing to travel for store visits and support stock-taking activities when required.
