Work closely with stakeholders to understand and maintain focus on their analytics needs, including critical metrics and KPIs, and deliver actionable insights to relevant decision-makers.
Create and maintain rich interactive visualizations, with reporting components from multiple data sources.
Define and implement data acquisition and integration logic, selecting an appropriate combination of methods and tools to ensure optimal scalability and performance of the solution.
Develop and maintain databases, and build solution that will make our data evaluation process more flexible or scalable across datasets.
Create best-practice reports based on data mining, analysis, and visualization.
Work directly with managers and users to gather requirements, provide status updates, and build relationships.
Individuals who do well in this role at HP, usually possess:
First level university degree or equivalent experience.
Typically 0-1 years of experience in supply chain function or data analytics
Experience in analyzing data to draw business-relevant conclusions and in data visualization techniques and tools.
Strong teamwork and project management skill.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical-thinking skills.
Strong written and verbal communication skills including technical writing skills.
Strong SQL or Python programming skills, with aptitude for learning other skills, such as html.
Good understanding of HP business units and HP business strategy.
