Qualifications
Diploma or Degree in Business Analytics (preferred), Data Analytics, Information Systems, Statistics, Applied Mathematics, Engineering, or Business with strong analytical focus.
1-3 years of experience in data analytics, business intelligence, or product data roles.
Experience in automotive aftermarket, FMCG, or catalog/data management is an advantage.
Fresh graduates with strong analytics portfolios are welcome to apply.
Skills & Competencies
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel experience with Power BI or Tableau is required.
Knowledge of SQL preferred Python or R is an added advantage.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data into actionable business insights.
Detail-oriented, structured, and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
Strong communication and presentation skills with the ability to work crossfunctionally.
Key Responsibilities
Clean, validate, and maintain product master data, application data, and vehicleparc information.
Improve internal data accuracy and completeness within the first 6 months in alignment with HQ standards.
Correlate internal product and sales data with IAM market datasets, competitor catalogues, and vehicleinuse statistics.
Develop and maintain sales, performance, and management dashboards, with initial deliverables targeted within 6 months.
Support Product Management and Supply Chain teams with TAM analysis, portfolio insights, crossreferencing, and gap identification.
Provide data-driven insights to support sales, marketing, pricing, and ecommerce initiatives.
Collaborate with Japan IAM teams on data governance, reporting standardization, and analytics projects.
Participate in monthly sales meetings to present dashboard findings and business insights.
