We are supporting a global consumer electronics organisation in hiring a Data Analyst to join a regional digital and e-commerce team based in Singapore. This role will play a key part in building and scaling the company's APAC digital ecosystem, working closely with regional stakeholders to translate complex datasets into actionable business insights.
You will be responsible for collecting, analysing, and visualising data to support strategic decision-making across digital, e-commerce, and marketing initiatives. This is an individual contributor role working within a small but high-impact regional team, collaborating with internal stakeholders and external partners across APAC.
Key Responsibilities
Data Analysis & Insights
- Collect, consolidate, and analyse data from multiple sources to identify trends and business opportunities.
- Apply data mining and analytical techniques to generate insights that support digital and commercial strategies.
- Work closely with cross-functional stakeholders to translate business questions into analytical outputs.
Reporting & Visualisation
- Develop dashboards and reports using tools such as Power BI, Excel, or similar platforms to present clear and actionable insights.
- Present findings and recommendations to internal teams and stakeholders in a concise and structured manner.
- Continuously refine reporting processes to improve accuracy, efficiency, and scalability.
Business & Digital Strategy Support
- Partner with digital, e-commerce, and marketing teams to support data-driven digital campaigns and performance tracking.
- Work with regional stakeholders and external partners to ensure accurate data reporting and insights delivery.
- Support the preparation of regional insights reports across APAC markets.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Data Analytics, Information Systems, Computer Science, eCommerce, or a related field.
- 2+ years of experience in data analytics or a similar role.
- Strong understanding of data analysis, visualisation, and reporting.
- Proficiency in Excel and Power BI (or similar tools).
- Experience with web analytics platforms (e.g., Google Analytics) is an advantage.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to present insights to non-technical stakeholders.
Preferred Background
- Experience within Consumer Electronics, FMCG, or digital commerce environments.
- Exposure to APAC regional data or cross-market reporting.
- Strong interest in digital, e-commerce, and data-driven marketing.
