Key Responsibilities
- Onboard care agencies and families onto the our platform.
- Provide user support including troubleshooting, guides, and FAQs.
- Liaise with the product team to report bugs, improvements, and new use cases.
- Prepare training guides, video walkthroughs, and user documentation.
- Track product usage and gather feedback to improve customer experience.
Requirements
- Diploma/Degree in Business, IT, or related field.
- 1-3 years experience in customer support, product operations, or SaaS environments.
- Strong communication skills with ability to explain tech simply.
- Empathy, patience, and a people-first approach.
- Advantageous: experience in healthcare, social services, or aged-care projects.
