Customer Service Officer

Responsibilities

• Respond to customer inquiries on product availability, pricing, delivery charges, and lead times.
  
• Collaborate with the Sales team to execute pricing strategies, supply planning, and payment arrangements.
  
• Manage the end-to-end order-to-delivery process, ensuring timely and accurate fulfillment.
  
• Coordinate with customers, internal teams, and logistics partners to facilitate seamless deliveries.
  
• Monitor and adapt to changing delivery requirements while providing practical solutions based on local conditions.
  
• Perform order follow-ups, including preparing delivery documentation, invoicing, and tracking outstanding payments.
  
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships while monitoring account performance and changes.
  
• Support compliance with organizational quality, environmental standards, and operational processes.
  

Requirements

• Diploma or Degree in Supply Chain, Business, Sales & Marketing, or related fields.
  
• Minimum 5-7 years of hands-on experience in order management, customer service, or supply chain operations.
  
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a proactive, problem-solving mindset.
  
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (especially Excel) and ability to manage full order fulfillment cycles independently.
