A Customer Service Officer performs order processing and fulfilment tasks, and analyses customers needs and information to improve customer relationships and experiences. Responsibilities include keeping the client database up to date, implementing business process improvement solutions for effective customer service operations, and responding to customers requests and queries promptly. The job environment is customer centric and service oriented. The individual should be a communicative, attentive and patient team player who can address customers issues effectively and achieve customer satisfaction.

Job Responsibilities

  • Issue Sales Order & Daily processing of orders
  • Handle Phone calls & customer queries
  • You will provide sales and admin support to the sales/marketing department which includes the co-coordinating of marketing activities, liaising with principal partners etc.
  • Prepare sales order planning duties including order processing both for customers for (both local and overseas)
  • Responsible for order processing transactions accurately, in a timely manner from order entry to delivery commitment to customers
  • Identify process and implement solutions in a timely manner
  • Preparation of quotations / export sales reports / sales commission
  • Overseeing/Preparation of delivery orders and co-ordination of logistics
  • Compile customers forecast to fullfill customers orders
  • Stock and inventory updates with the customer service team
  • Assist packing team in packing of food bento
  • Able to work 6 days a week

Job Requirements

  • Diploma or ITE in a related field.
  • Proven experience in customer service exoerience
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Proactive, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple client accounts efficiently.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office
  • Results-driven with a strong focus on accuracy, compliance, and client satisfaction.
