What You'll Do

In the capacity of Customer Service Executive, you will serve as the welcoming presence that sets the tone for each family's visit. Your responsibilities will encompass greeting families with courtesy, guiding them through programme offerings, coordinating with coaches for efficient onboarding processes, and managing essential administrative functions such as check-in/check-out procedures. You will lead informative tours for prospective families, elucidate teaching philosophies, facilitate registrations for camps or workshops, and uphold confidentiality standards. Success in this role is achieved through your ability to foster a child-friendly atmosphere whilst efficiently managing multiple tasks. By soliciting feedback and collaborating across departmentsincluding Floor Coordinators and the Customer Experience Manageryou will contribute significantly towards creating memorable experiences for both parents and children.

  • Articulate programme details, class levels, and progression pathways so that parents are well-informed and confident regarding enrolment decisions.
  • Collaborate closely with coaches to ensure seamless onboarding for new students as well as accurate placement within classes.
  • Conduct family tours with enthusiasm, effectively conveying the teaching philosophy in an engaging manner that inspires interest.
  • Support sales discussions by utilising your product knowledge and building authentic relationships with interested or waitlisted families.
