Job Description:
- In charge of supporting in maintaining all contract agreements as per company SOP
- In charge of assisting with the creation, review and analysis of contractual documents as well as ensuring the compliance with the company guidelines.
- In charge of the accurate and timely management of sales order activities
- Responsible in answering to customer inquiries which including updates on order and delivery status.
- In charge of supporting in generating department reports for management review and discussion.
- In charge of import and export shipments
- Responsible in ensuring of contract review is conducted timely, and contract deliverables are flown down to the responsible parties in compliance to the company SOP
- Taking charge of updating customers profiles, contract pricing and customer order pricing in the ERP system.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Job Requirement:
- Minimum Diploma in Business or Engineering
- Minimum 2 years of working experience in customer service experience in a manufacturing environment
