Client is an electricity distribution company in Singapore seeking to hire a Customer Care Officer
Location: Kallang
Salary: up to $2,900 + enhanced bonus scheme upon completion of milestones (Start, half and end, 0.5 months)
Work hours: Monday - Friday 8am - 5.30pm + alternate Saturdays
Your new role
- Manage customer&aposs enquiries from our digital platform (Webforms & Chats) and ensure customer enquiries are resolved to achieve customer satisfaction
- Simultaneously handle multiple chats
- Provide appropriate solutions and alternatives timely to meet the KPIs.
- Handling customer&aposs enquiries and complaints (High consumption, bill presentation, account opening and termination, bill adjustment etc.)
- Payment arrangement (dunning block, instalment plan, payment deferment etc.)
- Other ad-hoc duties as assigned
What you&aposll need to succeed
- At least 1 years of relevant work experience in customer service and handling chat enquiries
- Strong customer service skills
- Excellent communication, written and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multitask, organize and prioritize work
- Ability to work independently while being a cohesive team member
