Client is an electricity distribution company in Singapore seeking to hire a Customer Care Officer

Location: Kallang

Salary: up to $2,900 + enhanced bonus scheme upon completion of milestones (Start, half and end, 0.5 months)


Work hours: Monday - Friday 8am - 5.30pm + alternate Saturdays


Your new role

  • Manage customer&aposs enquiries from our digital platform (Webforms & Chats) and ensure customer enquiries are resolved to achieve customer satisfaction
  • Simultaneously handle multiple chats
  • Provide appropriate solutions and alternatives timely to meet the KPIs.
  • Handling customer&aposs enquiries and complaints (High consumption, bill presentation, account opening and termination, bill adjustment etc.)
  • Payment arrangement (dunning block, instalment plan, payment deferment etc.)
  • Other ad-hoc duties as assigned

What you&aposll need to succeed

  • At least 1 years of relevant work experience in customer service and handling chat enquiries
  • Strong customer service skills
  • Excellent communication, written and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to multitask, organize and prioritize work
  • Ability to work independently while being a cohesive team member
