- Manage order processing, shipment coordination, invoicing while ensuring service excellence.
- Resolve any customers issues, complaints, and coordinate with global teams on technical queries, warranties and certifications.
- Maintain strong relationships to align service expectations and support.
- Review structure, drive efficency, and ensure complaince with company policies and quality standards.
skills and experience required
- Min. 7 years of experience in order management and logistics coordination, with at least 3 years of leadership experience.
- Degree/Diploma in Business or Supply Chain related discipline.
- SAP knowledge is required
